Meet the founders
M&N Travel is a family business with over 18 years’ worth of combined travel industry experience; specialising in bespoke / customised luxury vacations to the UK, Ireland and Paris. Founded in 2017 by Marina and Neil Hughes (the ‘M’ & ‘N’) to design inspirational, exciting and fully personalised vacations for discerning travellers. As an onsite specialist and luxury DMC, M&N Travel works on a B2B basis with North American travel advisors / agents and tour operators.
Marina, having graduated with a degree from Manchester Met. University in Business Economics & Tourism Management has a broad knowledge of luxury travel and experiences and loves designing bespoke programs for her clients. When not in the office, Marina spends her time practising yoga and developing her skills as an amateur photographer.

Neil graduated Law School and qualified as a Barrister (horsehair wig and all) going on to practice law for over 19 years. He embarked upon his travel career several years ago and enjoys spending his time creating happy memories for his clients. Outside of the office, Neil enjoys playing golf and expanding his knowledge of wine and whisk(e)y.
